Delivery Time & Payment Terms
We endeavor to have all first drafts of our stationery designs to customers within 3-5 business days.
This time is based from when we receive all required information regarding the envelope design and all relevant pieces of artwork and customer copy.
Before final artwork is delivered to customer, full payment must be made.
In some cases payment may be asked in full upfront, or a deposit made, before work will commence.
A full invoice will be provided once the project commences.
Payment methods preffered are Direct Deposit, Cheque, Cash or Credit Card. Credit Cards will incur a charge of 2% of the total price.
Additional revisions and design concepts can be purchased.
